  • Developed several course curriculums in support of the Navy’s goal of providing financial education to our Sailors and Marines. These courses have been adopted by the Navy as part of the standardized Personal Financial Management curriculum.

  • Created a Financial Fitness Program combining the key points from several core classes in order to provide a one day concentrated and focused financial class that can be taught on board a naval vessel.

  • Program Manager for the Navy’s Personal Financial Management program for the metro San Diego area. Ensured the proper training of 763 Command Financial Specialist, serving 537 commands in the greater San Diego area.

  • Provided personal counseling to 112 service personnel and their family members on budgeting, retirement planning, debt management, and investments.

  • Site Supervisor for the Naval Base Coronado Fleet & Family Support Center. Directed the day to day operations of the office, directly supervising thirteen employees.
